Applicants can submit the application for Turkiye Burslari Scholarships 2023-2024 online and free of charge. The application process is fairly straightforward and simple. IELTS is not needed to apply for Turkey Government Scholarships.

If the applicants already possess a C1 level of proficiency in the Turkish language, they should submit proof of it along with the application even if the program that they are applying to uses English as their medium of instruction.

This way, they would not need to attend a year-long Turkish language course that they are required to attend during the first year of their scholarship program. This is mandatory for all successful candidates if they do not already have a C1 level of proficiency in the Turkish language.
