✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, you must:
- Be a new international student classified as overseas for fee purposes
- Apply to a one-year, full-time in-person MSc, MA, LLM, or MDS postgraduate taught programme (Excludes MBA and MSW)
- Start your programme in September 2025
- Meet or exceed Durham University’s entry requirements
- Be self-funded (not receiving any other scholarships or external sponsorships, except for Durham’s £5K International Scholarship for select countries)
- Submit the Inspiring Excellence 5K Scholarship Application Form by the stated deadlines

🗓️ Application Timeline & Deadlines
To be eligible for the selection rounds, follow this two-step process:
Step 1: Academic Programme Application Deadlines
- 1st Round: Receive offer by 4 May 2025
- 2nd Round: Receive offer by 8 June 2025
Step 2: Scholarship Application Deadlines
- 1st Selection: Submit scholarship form by 30 April 2025 (midnight GMT)
- 2nd Selection: Submit scholarship form by 08 June 2025 (midnight GMT)
